That means it's time to start planning your child's vacation activities and finding fun ways to keep them occupied. All public basic schools in Ghana will be going on vacation on Thursday, 15th June, 2023.
While we know that it can be hard to say goodbye to routine and structure, the upcoming holiday is the perfect time to rest, recharge and bond with family and friends. So, make sure to take advantage of this time and create memorable experiences that your child will cherish for years to come.
This is a very short vacation as students are expected return back to school on 27th June, 2023. It is a ten-day vacation for basic schools.
But don't get too comfortable just yet, as the reopening date for Term 3 is quickly approaching. Make sure to mark your calendars and get your child ready to head back to school on the assigned date. This is a crucial time for learning, growth, and development, and we encourage parents to do their best to support their child's education.Term two of the 2023 academic year began on Monday, 3rd April, 2023. Basic Schools spent 10 weeks and 4 days in the second term. The third term will start from June 27, 2023 to September 14, 2023.
